2026 NBA-AGC ACCOMMODATION ALERT

NACO Logistics Ltd. has formally petitioned De Palms Hotel, No. 7B Elelenwo Street, GRA, Port Harcourt, before the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) over what the company alleges to be unfair trade practices and exploitative pricing in connection with accommodation arrangements for the 2026 Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference (NBA-AGC).

NACO Logistics Ltd. has called on the FCCPC to exercise its statutory powers, including the relevant provisions of Section 17 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, and thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the disputed accommodation arrangements and pricing.

The company maintains that it will lawfully pursue every available avenue to seek redress and ensure that the facts surrounding this matter are brought to the attention of the public.

Our objective is not only to seek justice for NACO Logistics Ltd., but also to draw attention to the importance of transparency, fair dealing, and consumer protection, particularly during major events when accommodation demand is exceptionally high.
