FINAL EXTENSION

Dear Esteemed Conferees,

Following numerous requests from the conferees, NACO TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD has granted a final extension for hotel reservations for the 2026 NBA Annual General Conference (NBA-AGC).

The hotel reservation deadline has now been extended from 31st July, 2026 to 7th August, 2026.

Please Note:

All hotel reservation requests must be completed on or before 7th August, 2026.

This is the final extension. No new hotel reservation requests will be accepted after the deadline.

All reservations already processed and confirmed will remain valid.

This extension is intended to accommodate conferees who are yet to secure their accommodation. Once the deadline expires, our team will concentrate on coordinating and managing the bookings already received to ensure a seamless check in and check out throughout the conference.

If you have not yet booked your hotel, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this final opportunity and avoid the disappointment of unavailable accommodation.
