*2026 NBA-AGC* *NACO TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD to Close Hotel Reservation Desk on 31st July, 2026*

Dear Conferees,

We wish to inform all participants of the 2026 NBA Annual General Conference (NBA-AGC) that NACO TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD will officially close its hotel reservation desk on 31st July, 2026.

Important Information:
1. All hotel reservation requests must be submitted on or before 31st July, 2026.
2. Reservations that have already been processed and confirmed before the deadline will remain valid and unaffected.
3. From 1st August, 2026, the company will no longer accept or process new hotel reservation requests.

This decision was taken to enable us focus on finalizing and managing the bookings of the thousands of conferees who have already reserved their accommodation through us, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience during the conference.

We sincerely appreciate the confidence and support the legal community has shown NACO TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD over the years. If you have any pending reservation requests or clarification, kindly contact us before the deadline.
